Rare commemorative issue Triumph Daytona 1200SE (Special Edition) in its exclusive black and gold colors. This is number 128 of 250 built. Other exclusive features to the SE model are 6-pot front brakes and steel braded brake lines. Low miles (6,944). Outstanding mechanical condition. Cosmetic condition is very good, but not immaculate. Triumph dealer maintained. Last 6,000 mile service included valve adjustment, oil and oil filter, new spark plugs and chain. In addition, the carburettors were disassembled, cleaned, rebuilt, re-jetted and synchronized. Fuel filters, radiator coolant and brake fluid were replaced. All mechanicals were inspected, serviced or replaced as needed. In addition, the stock suspension has been upgraded with Race Tech progressive springs, Gold Seals and Race Tech oil. The rear shock has been replaced with a Hagon unit. These suspension modifications improved handling without loss of compliance. The original springs and shock are available. New battery and oil change and oil filter changed again at 6900 mi. This is a powerful (147 hp, 85 ft. lb. torque) and exclusive motorcycle. Exhaust note is wonderful.
