1972 chevy c 10 rat rod pickup. this is one cool old truck. i would love to keep it but due to recent financial troubles i must sell my projects.it is in flat black primer with dents and rust. the guy before me replaced the rockers and floor pans at the back of the cab so cab is pretty solid however the guy didnt do the best of work. looks like they were stick welded in. anyways theyre good enough for a rat rod and for a driver but not for a perfect restore.the doors have rust but again its a rat rod and is supposed to have rust. bed has rust but sides arent terrible inside of bed is rusted out but thats a easy fix. i was just guna put a sheet of wood in there and use as is. things that i know arent currently working on the truck are the fuel guage, taillights,radio, and blower motor.temp and oil pressure guages work as they should.now for the good. the 350 in this truck is the best running stock 350 i have ever seen in my life. runs absolutley perfect starts right up with no smoke knocks or ticks. trans shifts as it should. new parts including reman quadrajet carb new fuel pump new plugs and wires cap and rotor. you wont find a better running truck than this for this price. this is a running driving project truck. i have driven it here locally afew miles and back again brakes are there but are alil soft and will probably need some work done in the future. however this is a neat truck and with alittle work this winter you could have a really awesome rat rod to cruise around next spring.if you have any questions or would like more pictures please feel free to ask i strive for buyer satisfaction as my feedback shows. truck is for sale locally and i reserve the right to end auction at any time. feel free to come inspect truck before bidding. truck is located in laura illinois. thanks for looking and happy bidding.On Dec-06-12 at 23:33:22 PST, seller added the following information: i remembered afew more things about the truck. the drivers outside door handle button doesnt always work. sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt. there is currently no muffler on the truck so the truck is kinda loud. i personally think it sounds good the way it is. but somebody else will probably want some kind of muffler on it. anyways just wanted to add these things. trying to describe truck as best i can. sorry for any inconvienece. good luck and happy bidding.
