You are looking at a very cool 1956 Bel Air wagon. This is the rare Beauville edition with the third seat option. This car has spent its whole life in Southern California before recently coming to Arizona. It has YOM California yellow plates registered to the car with vintage Felix Chevrolet license plate frames. The previous owner had this wagon for almost 15 years and did some nice upgrades. It has cold vintage air, front disc brakes, 700R4 transmission, power steering and has been lowered 2 inches. I just drove it on a 1000 mile round trip last weekend with the a/c blowing and it performed beautifully. I averaged 75 miles per hour and got around 20 mpg with the a/c on. It appears to have been painted maybe 20 years ago and actually has a nice patina. The underside is just what you would expect a Southern California car to be. NICE! The third was removed early on but they are reproduced. I have the original brackets and also have the correct 56 material to cover the third seat. The bumpers have recently been rechromed and all of the glass has just been replaced with tinted glass and all new rubbers have been installed. Also all door weatherstrips and window fuzzies are new. It also has had the windshield wiper kit installed that allows you to have intermittant wipers etc. This is the original color combo also per the cowl tag. The previous owner rebuilt the engine a few years ago and runs absolutely perfect. I can help arrange shipping to anywhere.
