THIS WILLY'S IS A MUST SELL. THE OWNER HAS DECIDED TO PART WITH THIS PROJECT IN ORDER TO FINISH HIS PREVIOUSLY STARTED 69 CAMARO. HE HAS DROPPED THE PRICE OVER $10,000 SINCE THE LAST TIME WE LISTED IT FOR SALE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE "BUY IT NOW" PRICE IS LESS THAN 25% OF THE COST TO GET THIS CAR WHERE IT IS NOW. WE ARE TAKING A SIGNIFICANT LOSS AND THERE FOR ARE EXTREMELY FIRM ON THE PRICE Okay here it is you have to check out this one of a kind project. This is an all aluminum hand crafted 41 Willys coupe project. Built by the very well known Bob Howitz and Mickey Galloway here in northern California. The craftsmanship of this body is a true must see. It's made of 065 aluminum and the body was built by using an original 41 Willy's coupe body to make the bucks or molds for hand crafting to original specs. Condition: The exterior body is about 98% finished. The windows obviously still need to be cut out. The car does not have a dash, firewall or floor board as it was going to be built as a show style pro street car. We would have built some of that into the chassis. It does have a Full round tube Chris Alston Eliminator II chassis "NOT" assembled but is complete with a fab 9 housing, four link rear suspension, front upper and lower control arms, and spindles. It does come with an original 1941 Willys CLEAN CA pink slip with plates "what a plus" There are a lot of 41 Willys coupes out there but, when was the last time you've ever seen an Aluminum body coupe at the shows or even on the net.This is the chance to own one with a significant cash savings over building it your self. Just so everyone knows I am listing this for a good friend. We were building this for him but, he has decided let it go. I can tell you that many countless hours and dollars have been put in this project thus far and he is selling it much less than he has invested.
