I purchased this vehicle with 103000 miles on it and have changed the fluids regularly. The oil is still clear when it is time for a change. Plastic floor lining has been down over the carpet for the life of this vehicle so the carpet underneath is in pristine condition. The driver side of the rear bumper cover was bumped at some point in time and the paint flaked off in this spot, the rest of the paint looks good for a 10 year old vehicle. The speakers rattle and need to be replaced. Other than those 2 items this is a very nice van that is in excellent mechanical condition.
