1969 Porsche 911T Targa. Was thinking about restoring it, but have too many projects that already need my attention, and not a lot of free time right now. These cars are appreciating very quickly and are becoming sought after. Porsche 356s are going for crazy money in ANY condition, and the 911s and 912s are following the trend. Original black car with red interior. I have a clear Florida title for the car, in P.O. name and signed by him. Previous owner owned this car for 20something years or so, and eventually parked it outside and under a cover instead of indoors. He last had it titled in 1986. In my opinion, pretty decent car and restorable overall, except the front area is quite rusty from the front cowl area forward. The pans are surprisingly solid looking. Fenders are rusty, doors are pretty complete but rusty at the bottoms. Gauges are all there and complete. Front and rear seats are there, but the front seats are missing the headrests for some reason. PO promised the ignition key to the car, but never materialized, will need to have a locksmith make a new one. Wheels (5) are "Western Wheels" (4 plus matching spare), and tires are shot, 3 of 4 hold air for a few minutes, just long enough to be able to load the car on a trailer. Has all of the glass, and is in good usable condition. PO told me the motor is from a '72 911T which would make it a larger 2.4L instead of the stock 2.2L motor. Motor is complete, but does not turn, and will likely need to be rebuilt. Engine VIN number is 6122863 which according to my books is a '72 2.4L 911T motor. The odometer shows 08,629, the title shows actual mileage of 76,621 as of January 1986, as far as I can tell, the car was last registered in 1994. I think the actual mileage is 108,629, but I have no way to confirm that. I am not trying to hide anything, and can send more pics upon request. Can take pics of anything upon request, BUT PLEASE have some serious interest before requesting more pics. Can help with delivery to shippers for shipping arrangements for out of country buyers. Can deliver locally within 1-100 or so miles for $1.00 per roundtrip mile (will need to receive a non-refundable deposit before delivery).
