(1)You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle described above. Winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements at that time. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. In order to secure bid on a vehicle Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $500.00 by wire transfer, cash or cashier's check. Within 5 days from close of auction , Buyer must send balance of cash or bank certified funds to Seller.Deposits are non refundable!!
(2) At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax (or email) copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state taxes and fees. If you come to Florida to pick up your vehicle you must pay whatever your state charges for sales tax, we are only allowed to collect up to 6%, if your state charges more than 6% sales tax the difference must be paid when you get back to your state. You will receive a form that shows you paid such tax. If you are a Florida resident then all taxes,tags and titles will be done thru us.
(3) If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Appropriate feedback will be left at the end of all transactions!
(4) CHAMPION MOTORS INC guaranties that all cars have clean and lien free titles with NO salvage history and NO flood or fire damage, unless otherwise mentioned in the ad. Keep in mind that we are a Dealer and due to bank payoffs and dealer processing that titles may take a few weeks for processing. All titles are expidited promptly and sent by USPS or Priority Mail to you as soon as possible after delivery.
(5) All vehicles are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." No warranty is expressed, written or implied from the seller whatsoever; However, there may be a manufacturer~s factory warranty remaining on the vehicle. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. As such, we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price. We strongly recommend that all buyers purchase the Extended Service Warranty (available on most cars).
