It is like new in every way. It needs nothing and is ready to ride. It of course is street legal from the factory and comes with a clear Indiana title. I purchased it from the original owner who just purchased it new in the spring of this year. It had 65 miles on it when I got it. My daughter rode it with me one day on a trip we took to Colorado this fall. It was on a dirt type road but nothing serious.That is where the rest of the mileage came from. She is in college and does not have time to ride it. It would make a great gift for Christmas or to save money immediately on fuel. It is ready to go!
