Vehicle Detail
This is a RAT Rod in the making for sure.!!!!!!!!! 1960 Ford F-100 pick-up truck with a rare V8 292 engine Y block with the forged cranck (Not cast), with only 74,000 miles, with a factory special order 4-on-the-floor stick shift!!! Everything I know about this engine is that this block is highly sought after by hotrodders for the forged crank. The engine is very clean and strong and fires right up. The truck is rust free and is primed gray. The engine has to be experienced to believe......It pulls better than my modern F-150 for sure!!! This vehicle turns heads wherever I ride in it, both young & old just love to see such a nostalgic vintage truck on the road. As you will know, these old-timers didn't get fitted with power-anything, but a blast to drive. Newer after market wheels and new tires, with matching spare, it has updated wiring system. I use this as an everyday driver and she is a big old kitten. You can drive it home or trailer it for longer distances, but whichever way you choose....... Ask any questions you want to via the "questions" option & I will try to answer as fully as possible, but "I don't know how many previous owners it's had", I don't know if the engine/box have ever been rebuilt, I honestly believe the mileage is genuine, it is an everyday drive OR an excellent base for a show truck. This truck has so many possiabilities......I hate to see her go but time does not let me do the things I want to her. Speedo gauge is off by 10 mph (Slow), all glass is perfect. Any other questions please just ask.
