i have a 1940 chevy coupe that was restored in the 80's , the man that restored the car was the original owner he and his son rehabbed the car together and enjoyed it for years, the craftsman ship is very nice and the car is solid, all steal , all the glass is good, the paint is in poor shape from poor storage, the interior is dated in the 80's style, but has a ton of potential for a modern or retro restoration, the car runs and drives ,the all steal body sits on a b2200 chassis ,has modern disc brakes and a arm suspension in front, the car fits perfectly , it is powered by the 4 cyl 5 speed that was in the b2200 , runs down the road at 60mph just fine!! and at 30 mpg even better!! all the lights work as should, everything in the interior works , heater ,radio,speedo, lights, even door buzzer, i put a new fuel system in the car , a new 16 gallon fuel cell with sending unit, new hoses , i did not replace carb but it works, the car will need restored , needs tires and exhaust before any real driving should be done, i also replaced the alternator and battery,please ask questions i will answer them asap , thanks for looking
