Hi, and welcome to my auction......up for sale is a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria with the full Police Interceptor package. This vehicle started out as a basic patrol unit in a small department on the MD/PA border......it was then repurposed (and repainted) to be an investigator car for that dept.....Because it came from that area, it has Zero rust and the undercarriage is very clean. It runs perfect (no check engine light-EVER) and shifts just the way it should (the transmission was REPLACED at 81550 miles). The car handles beautifully, power steering works flawlessly, braking system is perfect-goes down the road straight as an arrow. Newer alternator, battery, and brakes. The pursuit tires all have between 50 and 70% tread remaining. The car passed inspection in August (with flying colors!). All the lights and power accessories work fine. A/C blows cold and heat works well. The interior is very clean (there IS a tear on the drivers side seat junction), and the exterior is free of dents.....looks great from 20 feet! I just changed the oil with a synthetic blend, and all other fluids are fine. A word about the mileage.....the department had a speedometer issue at 114228 miles and swapped the entire instrument cluster with one from an out of service unit's which showed 143815, so the odometer currently reads 156780 but if you do the math the vehicle has 127193 miles-my title does say "not the actual mileage". I have no reason to believe the municipality was fibbing about any of it. This car needs nothing and I would not hesitate to drive it ANYWHERE! KBB/NADA book values are around $6000.
