Of course it needs complete restoration but I've tried to get in close with the camera so you can see what you are getting. I would leave the paint because the patina is cool. The original turquoise would make a beautiful restoration though. I painted the wheels and put on a good set of used radials, good used hubcaps, and new trim rings. It has a clear Kansas title. I can help load with my tractor. I won't sell it before auction close but would welcome calls and encourage inspections.
