You are bidding on a project truck. Please read the complete description fully. This would make a great work truck or first vehicle for an industrious young mechanically minded person. This truck was owned by a farm worker for 10 years and has been in Michigan winters for 12 years. The exterior has no major damage but normal dings and dents from hard use. Rust has set in along the lower body, front fender bottoms and bed sides over the rear wheels as the photo show. The interior does have stains from hard use but is not in bad condition. All power options still function and air conditioning is cold. Radio is not functional. 4 wheel drive works well (I ran it in my field last week) and the automatic locking hubs engage and release properly. The "shift bracket" (transfer case shifter) was rebuilt about 4 years ago and works smoothly. This truck has a class 4 receiver hitch and a retractable bed mounted fifth wheel hitch. I have never used the fifth wheel hitch. The truck has a Teconsha Sentinel electronic brake controler installed. This truck never had a plow mounted on it. The 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel runs well. I replaced the high pressure fuel lines from pump to injector rails about 3,000 miles ago and it got a new water pump and serpentine belt about 1,000 miles ago. Transmission was replaced at 122,000 miles by a Ford dealer in Oklahoma in 2003. It started to slip in second gear occasionally under full acceleration and I don't want to deal with fixing it. Because of this, I would not recomend driving this truck home. I do not know what is wrong with it so please don't ask. This truck is being sold as is, where is. There is no warrantee, implied or otherwise. As with all used vehicles, future problems are not the responsibility of past owners. There is no shipping or delivery offered. The rear fuel tank rusted through about 5 years ago. I disconnected the hoses from the sender unit with the factory tool. I then machined plugs that connect properly to the hoses. Once the tank is replaced, the factory tool will remove the plugs and everything will connect as original. Nothing has been damaged. I just replaced the starter and glow plug solonoids last evening but it still isn't happy starting in the colder weather. 4 new glow plugs come with the truck that I never installed.
