For bids, is a 1955 Ford Thunderbird. This vechicle has been sitting for at least 30 years. It runs and drives fine. Brand new Firestone whitewall tires purchased many years ago and stillin their wrapping, were just placed on blasted and painted rims and set on the ground. The car is an original California car although it does have Black and Yellow license plates instead of the Yellow and Black. There is no rust what so ever on the car and does not appear to have ever been in an accident. The hood has some filler in it, maybe something fell on it. There is 2 noticable dents, one in the left rear quarter panel (1.5hrs est body work time) and a dent under the right fender, maybe from jacking it wrong. The car was originally Black with Black and White interiour. It was resprayed a dark metallic blue, and now is mostly in primer. It has almost all the chrome work redone, gauges and window motors rebuilt and some new parts. Brand new front and rear glass. Brakes and wheel bearings appear to be new. The car appears to be complete with the exception of fender spats and wheel covers not present. Factory original hardtop with all new chromed hardware. Has original sets of keys. The 292 engine with 4 barrel carb, and 2 speed automatic appear to be original. I do not know where to locate the numbers and not sure if these Thunderbirds were produced with matching numbers. The true milage is unknown as the speedometer was rebuilt and set back to zero. Please feel free to ask any questions, I will be glad to look at anything and answer all reasonable questions.
