MOUNTAINS SEEMS LIKE THE PREVIOUS MECHANIC WHO " REBUILT THE TRANSMISSION " FAILED TO REPLACE MAIN TRANSMISSION SEAL AND ENDSHAFT SEAL...GRRRR.. AT ANY RATE, IT DOES LOOK LIKE ENGAGEMENT TEETH, SYNCHROS AND SLIDERS WERE INSTALLED AS WELL AS AXLE SEALS. EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKED EXCELLENT. I REPLACED THE SEALS, BENCH TESTED THRU ALL GEARS, PUT FRESH GEAR OIL AND RE-ASSEMBLED EVERYTHING BACK. YES ALL IN ONE DAY, THATS HOW EASY THEY ARE TO WORK ON..WELL EXCEPT TRANSMISSIONS ( YOU NEED SPECIAL FACTORY TOOLS TO GET IT RIGHT) 40 MINUTES TO DROP ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION!! OKAY MAYBE NOT ON YOUR FIRST TRY!!! :) TODAY'S MISSION AFTER RE-INSTALLING THE ENG AND TRANS.......AND THE BEST PART OF FIXING PORSCHES... TEST DRIVE....
