Vehicle Detail
Hello Fellow eBayers, Do to some financial trouble I am forced to sell this lovely classic! Whoever sees this ad has the chance to score one hell of a deal on this vehicle because there's NO RESERVE!!! I paid a cool $17,500 for the car and am FORCED to sacrifice. :( I'll be the first to say that this car IS NOT a perfect 10... The car is all original with only 102k miles and is in great condition for being a 40 year old survivor! Wow!!! It wouldn't take much to turn this car into showroom condition if that's what you were going for but I think it's great the way it is. It's an automatic with the 351 Cleveland under the hood WITH factory air conditioning, power steering, and power brakes! The belt for the A/C compressor broke and I haven't bothered replacing it because this car is NOT a daily driver. BOTH motor and tranny were rebuilt when the car reached 100k miles, so it's only got 2k miles on it since the rebuild. NO leaks... NO rust... NEW tires... There are a few chips in the paint. A couple up on the very front of the hood and in the back from the car cover. Nothing Serious Everything works on this car except for the little dash clock! Impressive The convertible is fully functional! The compressor has no problem pulling the top down but it does sometimes need help getting it back up. The carburetor does need to be tweaked a little bit. Sometimes after turning the car off it hesitates to shut off. Other than these small things the car is in great condition.
