I bought this car in the Cities (MN) for my teenage son. He drove it as a daily driver for a couple years then went on with his life. I have had it since then. I rarely drive it (but it is very drivable). I really want to get a more functional vehicle as my extra car (a van for the grandchildren). This car runs but has issues (the check engine light remains on). It needs a top post battery (always starts with a jump). The electric windows all work but some of the controls need to be cleaned or replaced. The electric locks need some TLC also. The interior is leather but is sun faded. The most positive aspect of this car is the body. There is virtually no rust anywhere (one small rust spot in the trunk and one small dent in front passenger door). Even the doors cavities are nearly showroom! The title I have (from Wisconsin) shows no indication of prior accidents but the VIN report indicates a previous salvage. Therefore, Ebay demands that the title is to be reported as such. I am not claiming to be any kind of an expert on this or any vehicle. I am just trying to describe my BMW to the best of my ability. I set the starting bid at half of the price I was asking locally. This vehicle books at 4 times my starting price. The tranny and wheels are worth more than I am asking for the whole car!
