Here is a 1971 9 Passenger Bay Window Bus. I've had it for the last 8+ years and it's time to let someone else enjoy her. Less than 1000 miles ago the chassis was gone through and every suspension and steering component was replaced and brake pads and rotors were replaced as well. The Rear axles have new c.v. joints and boots, transmission was just drained and filled and does not pop out of gear, Tires have only 1,500 miles. note: I did not The body is in great shape for being over 40 years old. Some minor surface rust on front floor and a ding in slider. Front emblem in perfect condition and both bumpers are complete. Comes with Original blue license plates As for the interior, Front bench seat has been reupholstered and with sew fine material but both middle 3 across middle seat and bench rear seat are still original seat covers, all trim panels are in place. Rubber mats on floor are original and dash in good shape. No radio but factory block off in place. M-Code does identify this bus as an original 9 passenger. Engine is a 1776cc with a 34pict carb and 009 distributor, Case is set for full flow but is currently bypassed. Clutch, Throw out bearing, Pressure Plate, and Flywheel are new. I would highly recommend replacing/rebuilding the carb due to a worn throttle shaft. Miles/condition of engine unknown. Best year for Bay Window, First year of disc brakes and last year of type 1 engine. Please contact me with any questions. As mentioned on TheSamba.
