Up for auction is a 1987 Subaru GL 10, four door sedan. This car has been stored most of its years and has only 39,000 miles on it! I removed it from storage this spring, installed four new all season tires and started driving it. Have driven 3,000 very successful miles thus far. It was a top of the line model for Subaru back in 1987 and even features a digital dash display and working original A/C. I have discontinued driving the car at this time as the fuel pump starting leaking and I do not have time and space to keep the car. Additional issues I am aware of include a sagging headliner (needs to be glued to base), rust at rear axle and at bottom of dog legs and rear of front fenders (I have tried to include pictures to show this), key does not work to unlock doors,small dent in trunk lid, car is in need of detailing (sorry, I am not a cleaner), loose trim strip where drivers door seals. I think that is about it. With a fuel pump replacement this car is suitable to drive a long distance. Just prior to putting it in storage the engine timing belt, tune up, exhaust, brake line and much more were done. Glad to answer any questions I can. Extra set of wheels are included. Also just remembered there is a bit of condensation on inside of left headlight lenses. I have title in hand from prior owner. I did not title myself as car was operated as part of my dealer inventory. Car has been owned within the same family since new. Please realize this vehicle is sold in AS IS condition with out warranty. On Oct-15-12 at 06:47:55 PDT, seller added the following information: I feel this car could be driven a thousand or more miles with no problems if the fuel pump is replaced. I you arrive with a new fuel pump in hand, I will install it at no charge and offer a free oil change at the same time. This clasic seems to be attracting a ton of interest. Best wishes!
