You are looking at an amazingly cared for car with some quality modifications making this an entirely new beast of a vehicle. This low mile Silverstone S2000 has been fitted with custom painted Blue O.Z Racing rims and a color matched professionally installed roll bar. The car has also been outfitted with a momo quick release steering wheel. The motor is modded with a kraftwerk super charger system boosting 10 lbs, aftermarket header and three inch hks hipower exhaust and a Stage 3 aftermarket clutch. Bride Racing seats and belts were also installed to make the car look that much more amazing.
The Kraftwerk SuperCharger kit has rave reviews from every enthusiast that has ever driver and or installed one on an S2000. A quote direct from a recent review "While my experience with the Kraftwerks S2000 was pretty brief, I was at a loss to find anything I didn't like about it. Could it be better? Sure. Shawn and I were discussing the system and we wondered aloud whether the bottom end and mid-range could be further enhanced by bumping up the boost curve (smaller pulley) and then simply bleeding boost on the top end. This would also make it easier to upgrade the car in stages without physically altering the kit itself. But make no mistake, as it is, this kit is really a win-win. You get substantially more urgency from the motor without making any sacrifices in terms of drive-ability, refinement, responsiveness, and hopefully, reliability. And unlike some other aftermarket power-up upgrades where the additional power completely overwhelms the chassis, the Kraftwerks set up meshes so perfectly with the S2000, it could very well have been developed by a team lead by Uehara-san himself."
The SuperCharger alone is 6,000 + the cost of Install. Between the wheels, supercharger, roll cage, seats, wheel and front carbon lip PLUS install you are looking at over 10,000 in aftermarket products. This car drives just as a stock one would but so much more fun, its truly a work of art and a complete pleasure to drive.
Model Overview
The Honda S2000's standard engine is an F1-inspired 2.2L DOHC four-cylinder that produces 237 horsepower at a screaming 7800 rpm and 162 ft-lbs of torque at 6800 rpm. With plenty of low-end power and well-thought-out gear ratios the S2000 is at home on the street as well as the track. A close-ratio six-speed manual is the sole transmission available in the car. Automatic drivers need not apply, but you won't mind because this is easily one of the industry's best shifting manual transmissions. A torque-sensing limited-slip differential helps apply the power to the road. The power convertible soft top raises or lowers in about six seconds at the push of a button and includes a glass rear window with defroster. Impressive stopping power is supplied by four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes with electronic brake distribution.Standard interior appointments include leather seat trim, remote keyless entry, power windows, air conditioning, cruise control, CD player, and aluminum pedals. Outside you'll find high-intensity discharge headlights and 17" aluminum wheels wrapped in sticky Bridgestone Potenza RE 050 tires.
