Up for sale is my very tired Bugeye. Vehicle was raced as a hill climber many years ago and has set for many years. Not sure of the year as there is no VIN Number or title. It has a MGB mid sixties 1800cc high compression 5 bearing engine which did start and ran this spring but I cannot verify it's condition. Oil pressure was up to 60lbs. It also has a different rear - possibly Triumph. The front end is actually pretty tight and original.The seats are terrible, and not original. Probably from a new Midget or Sprite. There is significant rust typical of a 50 year old Austin Healey. The bonnet and passenger door have been professionally sandblasted. There are no bondo surprises. The door has a very simple dent, the bonnet has minimal rust but the valance is a little rough. This is where I started on this car before I realized I was way over my head. The drivers door has a wrinkle that looks like it was flung open without the restraining strap. The doors, bonnet and engine are well worth the starting price of this auction. I am also including a lot of EXTRA stuff from soup to nuts. Some of this stuff is junk, some of it you can't purchase from the Big 2 anymore. I can't vouch for everything but I have tried to indicate as much detail as I can. Extra fuel tank (original with drain plug. Definitely can be fixed.) Smooth case transmission case and a bunch of gears, shafts, etc. Car cover (dust only) SU carb (very old)., 1275 exhaust manifold (Moss $360), Intake manifold (unknown), Side curtains (not original, plexiglass bad), original Bugeye wiper motor, Dipstick, non vented valve cover (very nice). voltage regulator, windshield washer bottle bracket, tappet side covers, copper heater return line, hood lifts (both very good. Moss $80 each) 2 working headlights and buckets for the bonnet. Spare tire, original style, reinforced. Original water pump with grease fitting and new gasket. Other stuff not listed as I come acrsos them. I will be glad to help with loading vehicle and will package up everything for you. Good Luck
