Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a 2000 Toyota Tundra Limited 4X4 in excellent condition. Features not listed above : bedline, fiberglass/color matched topper, tow hitch and bug shield. Truck has been well taken of. Driven daily, oil changed regularly and regular maintance was conducted. Everything works, runs and drives great. I do not know of any mechancal issues at all with the truck. In 2011 I took the truck into a Toyota dealership and they replaced the frame as part of the nation-wide Toyota frame recall. While it was in the shop, I also had the water pump, timing belt and muffler replaced all for a total cost of $13,000 including the frame! No major scratches, dents or other cosmetic issues. I am selling the truck locally so I do reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. I would be happy to deliver the truck for a reasonable fee, email me with info and we can work out a positive deal for both parties. Please emal me with any questions, I would be glad to help. Happy bidding! On Oct-01-12 at 13:24:57 PDT, seller added the following information: It has come to my attention that there is a wreck listed on the car fax, I did not know it was even on there. Several people have wanted to know the extent of this wreck,it was a pretty minor wreck as far as damage to the vehicle. I did not own the truck at the time, my father owned it (I bought it off my father about 3 years ago), but I was at the wreck when it happened. He was following me on our way to Sea World in Ohio. A car in front of me stopped suddenly, which made me, and my dad folllowing me to stop abrupty. Unfortunately the person following my father in the Tundra wasn't paying atttention and rearended my father going about 25-30 mph. The truck was damaged actually very little, the Tow hitch on the truck took most of the brunt of the car, (Unfortunately the person who was driving the little compact car was not so lucky, it was damaged pretty good and they were slightly injured). I guess this is why it was listed on car fax, because the person was injured and a police report was filed. I did not even know it was on car fax. The only thing that had to be replaced on the truck was the bumper, the tailgate was scuffed up some and had to be repainted. There was no major damage or frame damage or anything (Of course it actually has a new frame now anyway). Hope this answers the questions.
