This auction is for a beautiful 1966 Corvette Convertible. Ready to go and enjoy....NOTHING NEEDED TO TRULY ENJOY THIS CLASSIC Let me give you a short history.... I bought this car on eBay back in March from a great guy and reputable dealer for around $32,000 I have over $7000PLUS in receipts. I am a car fanatic so when I do things, I do them right. There are no surprises here. Turn the key, starts on first turn and drive and enjoy. I paid an extra $2000 plus to have a friend of the original owner replace the top. It is brand new and never seen a drop of water. Fit and fininsh are perfect When I got the car, I also replaced the rims and rubber with K/O's. Those have less than 500 miles I had the car shipped to FLA and sent to mechanic to do a thorough review. He replaced everything needing to be replaced/updated. The engine is a 350 non-matching, with 4 speed transmission. My mechanic estimates the rebuild has less than 5000 miles on it. It runs super strong, starts on first turn, runs straight as an arrow and sounds AWESOME. No rips or tears and carpet is perfect. Car is professionally waxed every two weeks. Exterior has its minor flaws but come on, this is 36 year old car. From 5 feet, its a show winner. It is the perfect driver. Only reason why I am selling is that I have a real estate opportunity and just cannot justify ANOTHER toy.
