This is an exceptional example of a 1979 Lincoln Mark V Collector's Series. With only just over 47,000 miles, this car is a stunning head turner wherever it goes. This Mark V is in overall excellent condition, with the exterior maintaining its original lustre, original factory triple painted pin stripes, and the roof and decklid vinyl has been carefully maintained with protectant. The interior is in even better condition, from the leather covered dash, leather covered 2 level center console, to the flawless seats. Included are the original leather-wrapped tool kit, leather covered owner's manual, special factory hood ornament, umbrella, and Lincoln garage door transmitter. The power antenna is not working, and the A/C is blowing only slightly cool. I believe that it only needs a recharge as the last time it was recharged was in 2007. There are also rock chips on both headlight covers, and rock chips along the lower side of the car, but overall the exterior is still in excellent shape. The rear coil springs were sagging when I purchased the car, in 2007, and have been replaced. The original whitewall tires were still on the car at my time of purchase so I replaced the whitewalls. The interior has been carefully maintained, including leather conditioner on the dash, and furniture polish on the ebony woodtone. Please note that the special Kasman cloth interior on this car was a more expensive option than the leather interior. This is due, in part, to the special 2 tier center console, that was not available to the Collector's Series cars with the leather interior.
