Always synthetic oil. It lives under a sheet in my garage. Beautiful bike - just so so fast, and smooth. Do not buy this bike if you can't control your right wrist - it's pretty incredible. :) Salvage title due to it being laid down by previous owner who had it repaired by BMW - I'm pointing at the only remaining damage in the photos - tank dent and rear triangle weld. When I had it inspected by BMW they said it is has no issues - so i bought it as it's 5K cheaper than any other available. But my wife doesn't like it so...
