Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE *****UPDATE***** Panasonic Indash DVD Head Unit included!!I have owned the vehicle for 6 years and originally purchased with 18k miles. Vehicle has 46,292 Original Miles as of 8/23/12. Over 45k total invested. Title is in hand and no liens on vehicle. Only 6k miles on new motor. Vehicle has never been to track nor do I have any recorded times. Motor was broke in on two full changes of Joe Gibbs Break-in oil. Only Premium used in tank. Has been run on Rotella T 15w40 since, and is changed every 700-1000 miles. Vehicle maintains temp of 200 or below while driving at all times in FL summer heat with A/C on. I am only driving the vehicle once a week or so, and if not stays on a battery management system. I put less then 5k miles a year on vehicle. Engine was rebuilt and installed at around 40k miles and turbo upgrade as well as all other mods below. Vehicle has a custom front bumper that follows the Pontiac theme and really shows off front mount intercooler. This is a tough bumper to find that I have not seen anywhere else. Vehicle has a clean title with no water damage. Vehicle was built for daily street driving and fast straight line performance without sacrificing reliability and driveability. Vehicles interior is very clean, and a dash cover has been protecting dash since day one of my ownership. Dash is perfect. Drives very much like stock despite heavy parts upgrades. Vehicle still has factory A/C and all other comforts from the factory minus traction control which is disabled but still installed, also the shift lock that makes you shift from 1st to 3rd has been eliminated. All specs are below. My engine builder was David Lazeer formally Gulf Coast Racing Engine. David Placed 2nd in the LSX Shootout in the All Motor Category with the smallest motor in his class in 2009. My engine was built in his facility by David himself in clean room as shown below. All other work has been performed by myself. I am trained and certified in many brands like Cadillac, Pontiac, Saab, Buick, GMC, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Ferrari, and Maserati. I know my vehicles and by no means has this vehicle been cut short anywhere. Vehicle has not been detailed recently as you can tell by pic but look closer at gloss and mirror finish. Paint is very reflective no marring. I used to be a professional detailer by trade and before shipment or pickup vehicle will be 2 step polished and fully detailed. No frame damage, paint damage, cracks in plastics, or paint flakes. Paint is in excellent condition. Only known issues are oil pan is seeping oil slowly, although new gasket was installed when motor was delivered by builder. It is very small but I wanted to be as detailed as possible. Also vehicle goes thru the two upstream o2 sensors about once a year at a tune of about $100 for repair. This is due to the turbo and extra fuel being burnt off because the tune is set on rich side for safety the pipes are wrapped and holds in heat for better turbo response. Also about every year I replace the gaskets for the EGR block off plates which are easily accessible and less then 8 bucks. A 10 Minute job. Also drivers door panel is cracked and passenger is starting to. This was common on all 99-02 T/A's. Parts Include: All purchased new, most from Texas Speed, Speed Inc. Bored and Stroked, 6.3L 383 Stroker LS1 based 9.7 to 1 Compression ratio. Callies Comstar Rotating Balanced rotating assembly. Has Torque Thrust 2 chrome wheels with lip and barrels painted black, brakes have ceramic pads on all 4 and are recently new. The LS1 block was decked and cleaned when installing new parts. Engine Valley on block was retrofitted to allow LS6 Pcv system in CNC machine. Turbonetics TC78 turbo rear mounted, STS FMIC, DevilsOwn Stg2 Dual nozzle Methanol installed but not activated at this time (Need a retune only), Washer tank converted to methanol tank, Tial 38mm wastegate 10# spring, Tial 50mm BOV 8# spring, Fidanza Carbon Twin-disc Clutch and flywheel, Callies Compstar Crank & Rods which were balanced by David Lazeer, The whole rotating assembly was balanced all high performance bearings installed. Wiseco coated -15cc dished pistons, uprgraded LS7 lifters, LS2 lifter trays, 241 Heads with Comp Cam Trunion Rocker upgrade, Dual Gold Shimmed Patriot Valve Springs, Comp Cams 7.3 Pushrods, Exotic Performance Plus Forced Induction Cam@.050 232int 240exh Lift .595int .608exh Lobe Sep 115.0Continued.. Ported Melling Oil pump, Rollmaster Dual Timing chain set, Upgraded ThunderVolt racing wires and NGK colder plugs. ARP bolts throughout including heads, main, and most other engine internal bolts including flywheel, Cometic gaskets throughout, LS6 vented valley cover and pcv to catchcan with AN fittings to vent crank case, Racetronix 79# injectors, Dual 255 Walbros fuel pumps wired on separate relayed and powered circuits one running all the time the other kicks on at 3psi boost, Speedinc. High flow Fuel rails, 4500CFM taurus rad fan with new motor, stock pulley's and A/C intact. Pro 5.0 shifter, subframe connector on passenger side. Turbo piping is bolted and piped down driver side and serves as connector. SLP Y-pipe, Corsa over axle exhaust to downpipe and turbo, K&n Filter, Autolight Boost gauge, AEM Wideband O2 Gauge, Aeroforce Interceptor OBD2 scanner gauge installed in Left side AC vent for complete vehicle monitoring. DEI Titanium wrap from manifolds back to turbo, Nitto 555R 275's in the front and 315's out the rear, Stock T56 6 Speed Transmission fine at current power level, Stock rear end also fine at current power level. Would recommend upgrading tranny and rear end which were my intentions and getting a retune with the methanol if you chose to up boost to 15+ psi. Vehicle has stayed in a medium boost 6-10 psi breakin tune. If retuned and rear end installed vehicle is capable of #’s well into the 750+ RWHP. Tuned with HP tuners by John Weeks from XXX Motorsports, Viper 5901 with smartstart remote start and Iphone GPS, and viper warning above center front glass, tilt, shock, I/R field and glass break sensor installed. Will come with two remotes. Panasonic cq-vad7200U indash headunitContinued.. My goal was to build a vehicle capable of 750+RWHP daily driven without losing ammeniteies. Was built for 16+psi goals with builder. But have not had the retuned after breakin. I have not turned up boost past 10psi since initial break in install of 8psi. Methanol is installed and upon connecting 1- 12v wire system is armed and ready and with vehicle retuned 750+ are realistic #’s. Now sits at 557RWHP and 539 rwtq @8PSI on dyno for a break in tune. Vehicle is set now at 10 and has not been back on dyno, but has been street tuned to accomadate extra boost of 10 psi. Im probably around the 600-620 mark as sits at the wheels. I have vehicle set with a high a low boost switch built into ashtray for switching on the fly. Vehicle is set and tuned for 6 and 10PSI but can be adjusted easily in the trunk. I recommend having someone with HP tuners retune or evaluate the tune if you chose to turn up past 10psi. 10psi is a beast on the street and I have put many vehicle in the dust. I have not been beat on street yet in my area as far as straight line performance, only in Vegas to a track car on the street running a 427, and a 89MM Turbo with a huge stall. But I guarantee if your thinking of buying a R8, Lingenfelter, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Viper, Mustang, 600cc bikes or other Vette this is your car for half the price. This car will outperform those listed above by experience. I would stop and take a close look here as this vehicle is prepped and ready to trash the competition while riding in style and comfort and very easy to drive. Very similar to stock feel in the reliability and running area. Or this vehicle could be converted in a hurry to a drag car. No joy rides, serious buyers only. Never drag raced or tracked one time ask any track around. No drag launchs, look at tires. This was made to be a rolling thunder and surprises many that pass by and rev. They then hear the turbo and you see the whites of there eyes in amazement! Vehicle was strickly built for street/interstate and punches from 15 mph on. Vehicle was in Las Vegas half its life so low rust anywhere. Pics were taken for listing quick and we have had horrible weather in FL. Vehicle will be immaculately detailed before pickup.Lots of photos and Videos more photos if you inquire of build process.I should have been in a lower gear for both these videos to start, this was rolling in from lower rpm like 2200 RPM in a higher gear like 3rd. You also can brake boost and build before launching. You can build about 5psi brake boosting before tires brake lose and you launch.
