Up for sale is this 1976 Pontiac Trans Am. It has a 400 motor, power windows, automatic transmission and 15” rally wheels. The car comes with a clear California title. I do not know the history on this car. I bought it with the intentions of using it as a parts car to clone my 1970 Firebird Esprit to a Trans Am. I don’t have the room to store either one of them so sadly they have to be sold. The hood is in perfect condition still having the original paint and decal. The shaker is also in excellent condition! The gauges work properly. For those of you who know these cars well you will know that the hood alone is worth at least $800 to $1k depending on how bad someone needs one! It will fit a 1970-1976 Firebird or Trans Am and are almost impossible to find in this condition! There is NO RUST on the frame rails, floors, and trunk pan! This car runs and drives. It has dual flowmaster exhaust and looks like a new radiator as well. There are no oil leaks on the driveway! This car has rust on the lower rear quarter panels. With exception to the hood, and front nose this car needs a lot of attention to the body. If you wanted to restore this car, I would get new fenders, doors and quarter panels.
