I purchased this Mazda Tribute new in 2003. It has been a great car. Comfortable, reliable, good on gas, very good in case of snow. If you do a car fax, it will seem as if there have been 3 other owners: when I purchased it new, it was titled to my son, then my wife, then my daughter, now in my name. Each of these changes causes carfax to consider it a new owner, even though it has always had the same last name on the title. I have all my original papers--I did buy it new and have personally been responsible for its maintenance since new. It has never been in any accident of any kind. A new one (which looks almost identical to the 2003 model) would cost approximately $25,000 new. Study the pictures: the body is perfect, the interior is perfect and it runs great. I have maintained it to an extremely high degree. Recently, in anticipation of putting it up for sale and wanting it to be perfect for the next owner, I spent almost $2,000 on preventative maintenance. This included, but was not limited to, the major tune-up normally required at 100,000 miles (but I did it early), tires, etc. The car does not need one cent of work. Everything that possibly could need servicing has been done in the last month. It is perfect, and should give the next owner many years of reliable, enjoyable, inexpensive transportation. It has always been garaged: the paint shines the same as it did in 2003. The leather and carpet look like it was never used. The spare tire has never been used, and it has always been a non-smoking vehicle. It has the small 6-cylinder engine, and gets pretty good mpg on regular fuel. All the accessories work as new including the power sunroof. Although it may seem that I am new to ebay with 0 feedbacks, I have been an active ebayer for many years, with 117, 100% positive feedbacks using my wife's ebay account, sue322ny.
