Re-listed with NO RESERVE. Very clean vehicle. Excellent daily driver. Sound foundation for a full restoration. A few small patches of surface rust in (non-visible) places but no indication of significant rust or body repair anywhere. (Original sound metal everywhere).Paint job is a 6 out of 10. It looks good at a distance but a close inspection shows some weak areas to a trained eye. Drivetrain is 10 out of 10. Engine and transmission function flawlessly. Stainless steel exhaust system sounds great. Suspension and steering also defect free. Front drum brakes replaced with vintage Ford Shelby power disc brakes. Rubber is like new.Convertible top shows some age but is waterproof and free of tares. The rear vinyl window needs replacement. The good news is that a brand new uninstalled top and vinyl window are included in the sale. If you want a classic car to drive around,, this is a great choice at a reasonable price. If you are looking to fully restore a classic Mustang to show condition, this vehicle is a great start.
