1987 PORSCHE 944 COUPE(LOCATED IN WESTERN SUBURBS OF CHICAGO) Up for auction is my 1987 Porsche 944 coupe. This is a very nice and tidy car !!! It's a 5-speed manual transmission !!! It's Black with Tan leather. it has a very nice body and a very clean interior !!! I have a rather nice and detailed service history going back over ten years ago. It looks like the timing belt and water pump was done prior to me having it done a couple of months ago ! One thing I did notice is after careful review of looking at miles on invoices dating back several years many of the later ones had the same miles... Also when I got the car I noticed that the speedo worked, but the miles were not registering. I tried replacing the speed sensor, a common fault for this issue, but it did not correct the issue. This really didn't concern me as the car is 25 years old and is exempt for miles anyway... The car runs and drives fantastic !!! This car will drive anywhere and will make someone very happy !!! In the last 8 months of having the car I've done the following: Oil & Filter changed, replaced all spark plugs with the cap/rotor, timing belt, water pump and tensioner, transaxle fluid renewed, coolant flushed, 4 wheel alignment done, & a speed sensor installed. I like this car and I like it a lot, I'm selling it because I have too many cars and I need to sell a few. Please as any questions if you have any.
