This is a 1990 944 Porsche Cabriolet (convertible), Guards Red with Linen Interior. Five Speed Transmission, Strong Engine, Good Mechanics, a true GEM at a fraction of the Cost. Here is why: 1. The car was stolen from me, the owner back at the end of May 2012. The car remained with the thieves for the total of only 24 hours, then police found him, arrested him, and got the car back to me. 2. regretfully, the person in whom stole it, had a chance to do some cosmetic damage, pictures will show you exactly what he did and what you would need to do. 3. the car is drivable now still, just got back from taking it to fresno for the day, an 8 hour drive round trip and the car was fine, no problems what so ever. 3. the radio was taken, and needs to be replaced 4. the power top is inoperable, the manual way still works fine 5. only 40% of the tire tread remains on the car, new tires are inevitable. 6. the door panel on drivers side needs to be reinstalled, i have the part and it is in the trunk for you 7. other than these things, the car is fine. the car is no longer clean title, and now has a salvage title due to the theft 8. the car has never been wrecked and maintains a clean car fax report 9. no rust, period. no leaks, period. good speed, good shifting, five speed, all other things work fine, cruise control, power pop up front head lights, fog lamps, etc. 10. this is your chance to save thousands of dollars as it only needs a good cleaning, and new interior carpet, whereas the one that stole it obviously had very dirty hands and feet. 11. the car does not over heat 12. the timing chain/belt was changed a little over 1.5 years ago and less than 10k miles ago 13. this car still gets all the looks at the cost of only an american made used car 14. let me know if you have any questions, I am available to answer them @ 323.603.8333 On Jul-29-12 at 09:31:26 PDT, seller added the following information: ON7-28-2012, I PURCHASED AND INSTALLED NEW SPARK PLUGS AND NEW PLUG WIRES BRAND: BOUSCH WHICH ARE THE ORIGINAL FOR CAR, THEN I DID A FUEL LINE FILTER REPLACEMENT, FLUSHED THE COOLANT SYSTEM, INSTALLED NEW COOLANT TEMP SENSORS, THEN BLEED OUT THE SYSTEM OF ANY AIR. THEN FLUSHED THE POWER STEERING SYSTEM, BLEED IT TO MANUF. SUGGESTIONS. THEN FLUSHED AND BLEED THE BRAKE SYSTEM, OIL CHANGED, OIL FILTER CHANGE, AND DROVE HER 110 MILES TO ENSURE CORRECT ALL SYSTEMS GOOD AND READY TO GO.
