UP FOR AUCTION IS A 1996 FORD MUSTANG THAT WAS A RECENT TRADE IN. THIS CAR IS POWERED BY A 3.8 V6 ENGINE AND A AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. IT HAS NEW BRAKES ALL THE WAY ARROUND AND VERY NICE TIRES, THIS CAR HAS NO RUST ! IT RUNS DRIVES, HANDLES AND STOPS GREAT. IT HAS A/C, PW, PL, PM, CRUISE CONTROL AND A POWER DRIVER'S SEAT. THE PREVIUS OWNER JUST HAD THE TRANNY REPLACED WITH ONE WITH ONLY 50K MILES THAT HE BOUGHT FROM A LOCAL SCRAP YARD. THIS MUSTANG JUST PASSED VERMONT STATE INPECTION AND IS INSPECTED UNTIL MAY 1st, 2013. I HAVE BEEN DRIVING THIS CAR MYSELF SINCE I TOOK IT IN TRADE TO CHECK IT OUT AND THIS IS WHAT I FOUND, AS I SAID BEFORE IT RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT, it runs good oil pressure and it does not smoke or use oil, the transmission shifts smooth, the shifting lever moves a little hard when placing the car into gear ( the shift cable is stiff) and the only other issue I can see is that I can not get the driver's seat to slide forward & back (it is a power seat and the rest of the movement for the seat work fine) I see no problem with driving this car anywhere without a worry but it is sold AS-IS as are all of my vehicles! I am about 50 miles from the Burlington airport and I have a guy that will meet you there and bring you to my place for $100 if you want to fly in, I am about 15 miles from the Randolph Amtrak station and i can meet you there with the car if you wish to come in by train. I am a vermont Licensed used car dealer and i can provide a intransit plate if you wish to drive this car home. I will store it free for up to 30 days while you arrange pick up or shipping but the deposit must be paid within 48 hours from the end of the auction and the balance paid in full with in 7 days from the end of the auction with NO EXCEPTION !
