1973 Morgan

Morgan 27 Sailboat. The Morgan 27 has a tall rig and is a much faster sailor than many of the more popular 27' boats from the era. No motor or outboard but does have a motor mount for an outboard. I used a electric trolling motor (not included) to get it in and out of the slip. It has a folding prop and drive shaft but the original diesel has been removed. Also has a cylindrical diesel tank mounted under the cockpit. Roller furler is included but the head sail in the pictures is not included. Rigged for Spinnaker. Has all winches for racing. Mainsail is dirty but in OK shape. Bottom paint still OK. Topside needs a thorough scrubbing and possibly needs to be re-painted. Woodwork needs to be re-done. Has VHF Radio, GPS, icebox, port-a-potty, 2 anchors and more. Located in Redondo Beach CA (LA Area) Must vacate slip by July 29, 2012. Also comes with a spinnaker in decent condition, a storm sail, man overboard pole and buoy, 3 adult life jackets and 2 kid life jackets Diving service rates bottom condition as good on 6/20/2012.
