This Land Cruiser would make a nice father/son (or daughter) project, rat rod, or buggy base to build on. Just so I'm clear, it needs everything from mechanical, electrical, to body work. I wanted to do it in low-buck style, keep the 1.5F inline six (2F oiling system but smaller displacement of the F motor), points ignition, three speed, bias ply tires ... you get the idea. But I've got too many projects and I'm never going to get to it, so it needs a new home. Production date is September, 1973, so although it is a 1974 model, it's more 1973 by specs than 1974. Very retro cool with lots of patina, but that's personal taste I guess. The floors need to be replaced, the frame is good with just one small repair needed by the driver's side rear spring hanger, and the wiring harness needs repair also. The transmission is good but the transfer case is not. I will include two extra transfer cases from which you can build at least one good transfer case and almost two. Also included are two spare transmissions for parts. The motor turns freely by hand, title is clear and in my name, and let's face it, for a Land Cruiser, its cheap. I've got parts if you want to go the rockcrawling route, just ask. This auction is for the Land Cruiser as it sits, no reserve, bid to own.
