For sale my beautiful 1971 Tr6. The car is in excellent shape,runs and drives perfect.Would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. The car has 87k miles on it with good compression on all 6 cyl. Transmission shifts flawlessly through all 4 gears. This is an early car with the smooth bumpers and theres no overdrive. The car was bought in South Gate CA from Nick Pastor imports according to the log book and ID plate. Let me start on the exterior. The car was painted a couple of years ago,back to its original pimento red.Garaged ever since paint is in excellent condition. The car doesnt have any rust on it,nor bondo. New window seal as well as new weather seals were installed around door jam and trunk.No leaks. New mirror was sourced from Moss motors,the bumpers are still the original and in great condition. New convertible top ordered from Moss Motors and installed last year. Included a booth cover and a tonneau cover with headrest and steering wheel bumps also from moss motors. The interior was always well kept,new red carpet was installed with black triumph floor mats. The dash was refinished and its beautiful. Steering wheel recovered in leather Seats still have the original upholstery because theyre perfect. New dash cap was installed from Moss Motors. New doorcards were also ordered and installed. All new panels and carpet in the trunk,just perfect. All the lights gauges,horn air fan works great.Basicly all electrical works. The suspension was gone through with new shocks and uprated springs in the back,no more squad when you take off. Sport tuned muffler was installed,has a very nice sound. Engine is healthy and clean with no leaks. Chrome valve cover installed. New alternator. New battery. New good year tires New clutch Most recent service by Mark Bentow at Auto Specialties as of last week include: carburators serviced and synced throtthle linkage serviced Distributor rebuilt with new ignition components,points,condenser,plugs and wires,cap. New brakes all around Differential oil change Engine oil change New fuel lines and fuel filter To quote my mechanic if you are into early tr-6's this is the one to have.
