1964 Ford Fairlane 500 2 Door Hardtop 69,000 Original Miles Original Paint & Interior Rust Free Survivor #'s Matching! Here we have an Original 64 Ford Fairlane two door hardtop, this car is rust free and still retains its original paint and interior. The paint does show some minor blemishes that you might expect, but is still very presentable and I'm sure you wouldn't even consider a repaint (it doesn't need it). With original paint you know what your getting, because there hasn't rust or body damage covered up. The interior is also original and is absolutely mint condition, needs nothing. Everything works as it should, even the original AM radio. The chrome and exterior trim are very nice, no dings on the trim at all and the anodized trim is still bright. The underside is very nice and still has the original Ford undercoating, floors, trunk, quarters, drops etc. all nice! This car still has its original #'s matching 200 6 cyl. w/ 2 speed auto tranny. removable carrier type rear. The car starts with a click of the key and settles into a nice idle. Just drove the car on a 180 mile trip and she performed flawlessly, the alignment and suspension are spot on. This car is 95% original with only some underhood detailing as well as new brakes, brake & fuel lines, radial tires and a new stainless steel exhaust.
