GENERAL OVERVIEW:

The Protege is now available as a slick little sport wagon, adding another body style to the Protege lineup. Good Fellas Auto is selling a beautiful and clean 2002 Mazda Protege 5! This particular Mazda is a 5-speed manual with 130,400 miles! According to CARFAX this vehicle has NO ACCIDENTS reported!



EXTERIOR:

The Protege5 is a four-door wagon. This wagon has a sleek look to it which sets off the car. The panels on this particular Mazda are clean with no dings, dents or scratches anywhere to be seen. The paint is a midnight blue color and it still retains its original shine! If you take a moment to look through the photos you will see that the paint is still showroom quality!

The wheels are premium 16'' chrome rims with Dunlop tires. The tires are worn and will need to be replaced in the near future. Some of the chrome is showing wear and chips. The rear trunk lid comes equipped with a spoiler for the sleeker look! Four-wheel disc brakes are standard and this Mazda comes with ABS and side airbags. Just as the driver and passenger seats, each of the three rear seating positions gets a three-point automatic locking retractor (ALR) seatbelt.

This Mazda is motivated by a 2.0-liter engine putting out 130 horsepower and135 pound-feet of torque. The engine runs and sounds like a champ! The transmission works just as good. The clutch still has a good amount of life left. The clutch engages in and out of gear with ease.



INTERIOR

Mazda went with a unique and stylish interior! Inside, the Protege5 is dressed up with carbon-fiber accents and satin silver trim pieces. Black-on-white gauges with amber nighttime back lighting exhibit a slightly italicized font. The driver seat is firmly padded with good bolstering on the sides, and it includes manual bottom-cushion height and tilt adjustments to help find an optimal driving position.

The seats are clean with no rips, tears, or burn holes! This Protege was a nonsmoker vehicle! The dash is crack free and shows no major signs or wear and tear. Its features include power windows and locks as well as sunroof, remote keyless entry, cruise control, tilt steering and an AM/FM/CD stereo with four speakers. The In-dash unit is a Sony aftermarket which works great. The CD player is AM/FM/CD/AUX and XM compatible!

The A/C works like a charm blowing arctic cold air. These Mazda’s are known to have an issue with the switch to control the A/C speed; we replaced this particular one and it works great with no issues! Stay nice and cool during this brutal summer in your new car! The heater works even better, the vehicle will warm up in seconds!

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.

This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if the purchaser backs out of the deal! Your deposit will be forfeit if you waste the time of the seller by not going through with the deal for personal reasons!

The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

You are bidding on a USED car and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. Such things as loose knobs and panels are likely. I will do my personal best to show you every fault I find with the car but some things might go unseen to me.

Also, when purchasing a used car please note we do NOT change or replace, unless noted in the auction, such issues as engine oil & other fluid changes, tune ups, tire rotations, belt changing, wheel alignments, brakes and rotors, wiper blades, motor mounts, unless totally worn, and any other normal wear & tear issues. We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible.

Fee and Tax Information:

A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Temporary Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are responsible for all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase.

A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.

A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a weeks time to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding!

Due to the fact that Paypal charges a roughly 3% surcharge for every transaction, I will ask that you do NOT pay me the balance of the vehicle with Paypal. If you want to pay anything over the $500.00 deposit then you will need to pay with either Cash, Cretified Bank Check, or a Wire Transfer.
