This is one of the most beautiful, great condition vehicle I ever saw. In case here is some tutorial regarding sport package: The Sport package ($2,600 and worth every penny) is not just fancy wheels and tires. It comes with a shorter final drive ratio (rear end gears) of 3.15 instead of the standard 2.81. The torque converter has a higher stall speed to further boost acceleration response. The front suspension is lowered by .8 inches, with firmer spring settings (+10% front, 25% rear). Shocks are 100% firmer and front roll bar is thicker (22 mm versus 20.5 mm). The slighter lower profile really enhances the 740's looks as well. Very aggressive. In hard cornering, the balance (weight distribution is nearly 50/50) becomes more evident. The grip from the high performance tires coupled with an advanced fully independent suspension makes for absolutely benign handling with no vices. Steering gives near perfect road feel (although I would have liked a little more resistance) and confidence. This is a vehicle that doesn't get you into trouble, it gets you out of trouble. It can make anyone feel good about their driving.The milage of the car is acurate and considered low for properly maintained german vehilce. This is my favorite car and I think it is the best car in the world. I had three of them in my personal use. I did the maintance to the car. I put brand new BOSCH-4 platinum spark plugs. Also the control arms are being changed this week to make it perfect. The car has also newer water pum and radiator as preventive maintenance. Also, ABS module was recently reprogrammed so there is no abs/tracktion control problems like you see in most BMWs and Audis.The engine sounds healthy without any faults. Brakes work fantastic. Suspension is very good. Very solid car. The combination of brake/suspension feel is not known to asian made products. Interior and leather is in great condtion. Overall the interior still smells like new, actually it smells like BMW product. BMWs are known for the quality of their interiors. HVAC system has a flawless functionality. It provides a freeze cold air in summer and hot heated air in winter. Heated seats option will be desired and apretiated in only 4-5 months from now.Sound System works fantastic. The car has BMW system and CD player. Overall sound is very good. Clear sound of base and tweeters. The VDO which is also Visual Display Organizator does not have any check engine light. THE VDO does have some missing pixels as in most european vehicles. Computer/Calculator functions properly. Also, the car has wide screen navigation system which everybody desires. Paint is in great condition. Metallic black really stands out of the crowd. The body has coupe imperfections but very minimal. I could not find much but showed on the picture(s).The rims on the car 18 inch diameter. The vehicle itself drives straight, the wheel alignment was done recently. The car has real Sport Package, last year, sport steering wheel, widescreen nav!!! This car is very good on gas and very powerful and reliable. I would say that this model was starring in more movies than any other model available.I would say that this condition will be hard to find. This car needs only a good new owner for another 10+ years of healthy life. Reasonable offers are welcome before the end of the auction. Here is for auction for the very rare, last year 740i SPORT!!! This is one of the most beautiful, great condition vehicle I ever saw. In case here is some tutorial regarding sport package: The Sport package ($2,600 and worth every penny) is not just fancy wheels and tires. It comes with a shorter final drive ratio (rear end gears) of 3.15 instead of the standard 2.81. The torque converter has a higher stall speed to further boost acceleration response. The front suspension is lowered by .8 inches, with firmer spring settings (+10% front, 25% rear). Shocks are 100% firmer and front roll bar is thicker (22 mm versus 20.5 mm). The slighter lower profile really enhances the 740's looks as well. Very aggressive. In hard cornering, the balance (weight distribution is nearly 50/50) becomes more evident. The grip from the high performance tires coupled with an advanced fully independent suspension makes for absolutely benign handling with no vices. Steering gives near perfect road feel (although I would have liked a little more resistance) and confidence. This is a vehicle that doesn't get you into trouble, it gets you out of trouble. It can make anyone feel good about their driving.
The milage of the car is acurate and considered low for properly maintained german vehilce. This is my favorite car and I think it is the best car in the world. I had three of them in my personal use. I did the maintance to the car. I put brand new BOSCH-4 platinum spark plugs. Also the control arms are being changed this week to make it perfect. The car has also newer water pum and radiator as preventive maintenance. Also, ABS module was recently reprogrammed so there is no abs/tracktion control problems like you see in most BMWs and Audis.
The engine sounds healthy without any faults. Brakes work fantastic. Suspension is very good. Very solid car. The combination of brake/suspension feel is not known to asian made products.
Interior and leather is in great condtion. Overall the interior still smells like new, actually it smells like BMW product. BMWs are known for the quality of their interiors.
HVAC system has a flawless functionality. It provides a freeze cold air in summer and hot heated air in winter. Heated seats option will be desired and apretiated in only 4-5 months from now.
Sound System works fantastic. The car has BMW system and CD player. Overall sound is very good. Clear sound of base and tweeters.
The VDO which is also Visual Display Organizator does not have any check engine light. THE VDO does have some missing pixels as in most european vehicles. Computer/Calculator functions properly. Also, the car has wide screen navigation system which everybody desires.
Paint is in great condition. Metallic black really stands out of the crowd. The body has coupe imperfections but very minimal. I could not find much but showed on the picture(s).
The rims on the car 18 inch diameter. The vehicle itself drives straight, the wheel alignment was done recently. The car has real Sport Package, last year, sport steering wheel, widescreen nav!!!
This car is very good on gas and very powerful and reliable.
I would say that this model was starring in more movies than any other model available.
I would say that this condition will be hard to find. This car needs only a good new owner for another 10+ years of healthy life.
