1968 Pontiac Bonneville Brougham Fastback originally equipped with a 428 big block, 4-barrel carb and automatic transmission. At some point it appears the original 428 engine has been swapped out of the vehicle, the engine currently in the car is a non-numbers matching "YA" code 265HP 400 Pontiac engine, but the Quadrajet 4 barrel carb and intake are still on the vehicle. A close-up of the engine block showing the YA code is in the pictures. Very nice looking car! Odometer reads 33k but I reasonably believe this to be 133k. Factory power options include power windows, locks, antenna, working air conditioning, power steering and brakes. All power options seem to work well, except for the power antenna and AM/FM radio does not power up. It may be something as easy as a fuse but I just want to be full disclosure. This Bonneville runs great and drives well. Engine starts easy, idles well, and trans shifts great. Within the past year the car has seen new exhaust, new battery, a timing chain and front cover seal, thermostat and a tuneup. Just pulled from storage and drove 30 freeway miles at 70+ mph without issue. I did notice a small brake pull, so perhaps the brakes should be serviced at some point. The car still does need some minor attention, its not perfect, but overall it runs and drives very well! The car had one older repaint and appears to be very solid. Not show quality but a very nice driver, and a sharp looking car going down the road. Factory black vinyl top is in great condition. Interior appears to be original and is in excellent condition. Headliner looks beautiful. Also included are the original 1968 owners manual, warranty booklet, and service manual. Overall, this is a great car that is a ton of fun to drive and gets lots of looks going down the road. NO RESERVE!!!!!! Bid to own!!!
