This is a 1998 E39 BMW DINAN Supercharged S3 540i with AC Schnitzer Type III 3pc wheels in excellent condition and clear title. I am the second owner of this vehicle. I purchased it from the original owner, here on eBay, in 2004. The original owner had $45,000 of DINAN performance upgrades installed. Here's a list of upgrades on the vehicle: - DINAN Supercharger kit- DINAN Front/Rear Anti-roll bars- DINAN Free Flow exhaust- DINAN 3.15 limited slip rear differential- DINAN Stage 3 suspension system- StopTech ST-40 4 piston Big Brake kit (Front)- M5 front end- Xenon Angel eye headlights- Rear CELIS LED taillights- SIRIUS satellite radio- AC Schnitzer Type III 3pc wheels (staggered) with 235/35/19 front tires and 265/30/19 rear tires- M-Sport steering wheel - BMW DSP audio system - Hard wired for V1 (Valentine 1) Radar detector I just had the car serviced by Bullet Performance in Costa Mesa, CA. I've been bringing the vehicle to them for the last 8yrs. All oil changes were done using BMW Synthetic oil. Here's the work that was recently done: - New engine mounts- New belts- New coolant level sensor- New fuel filter- New intake gaskets- New passenger seat air bag sensor- New brake pads- New tires- Compression test (175-180psi) - New power steering hoses The car is in excellent condition and runs just as great as it did when I bought it in 2004. There is minor wear and tear as you can expect for a 14 year old car. The headliner for the sunroof door is coming undone. One of the rims has curb rash on half the rim and the others have just a few dings. The paint is in excellent condition and the interior carpet and leather are as well. The supercharger provides 415hp (stock 282hp) and requires a few minutes to warm up before running smoothly. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
