It has been serviced at all its scheduled service intervals recommended buy Toyota. I just had it both Pa. State and Emissions inspected on 05/31/2012 at which time I replaced the 4 tires, Alignment, Lube oil and Filter service. I listed the pictures of the 2 blemishes. See picture of dent behind passenger rear door, and crack in LR bumper. Other then that this Toyota runs awesome and is great on gas. These Hybrids are extremely reliable.
