This is a one-of-a-kind, beautiful 1978 Pontiac Trans Am. You cannot take this car anywhere without people coming up to you, one after the other, telling you what an awesome car it is. This car runs like a brand new 2012 high performance car, but it looks just like it did in 1978, so you get the best of both worlds. Brand new MSD Electronic Ignition installed...the car runs and sounds excellent - even at low rpms. Aluminum Water Pump Stainless Steel Bolt Kit Original to Car. Carb converted to electric choke by Butler Performance. Electric Vacuum Pump to operate power brakes and heater. 3 inch exhaust with Flow Master Mufflers and high flow catalytic converters. I even had custom air conditioning designed and installed!!All power steering new and custom rebuilt this year! Transmission Original Turbo 350 rebuilt with B&M Shift Kit, Trans Specialties. 2800 Converter Front & Rear Suspension. New Ball Joints (upper & lower), New Springs, front shocks New Energy Suspension Bushings complete kit including body bushings New Rear Springs (heavy duty), shackles and energy suspension bushings Inner and outer front wheel bearings, along with front brakes, were replaced when the front suspension was rebuilt. Interior Completely Professionally Redone (Don Elkins Interior shop). New Front, and Rear real leather Seats. New Headliner. New Door panels. New mesh rear window package tray. Trans Am Mats. Body "Bandit Sytle" - See photos. Starlight Black and Solar Gold. All GM/Phoenix Graphics decals (5-18-08 professionally installed) Frame, floors and trunk are solid and in excellent shape. All glass is good and there are no cracks. Sound System is amazing!! Pioneer CD Deck that puts on a show with new speakers installed custom - front and rear! Two ten inch sub-woofers in the trunk!
