I am selling my pride & joy that I have owned for the past 13 years. I am in my mid 60's and bought this car back in the 90's because it is just like the car my wife & I were married in. I am only selling it because of health reasons. I recently just had my 4th hip surgery and have trouble getting in & out of the car. The information I have is that the car was built in Ca. 6/1/65 and spent it's first 16 years in Ca. It was sold and taken to Az. until 1985 when the owner gave it to his daughter who lived in FL. I bought the car from her and took it to Oh. in 1999. It has been stored in a climate controlled garage and has never seen a snowflake or raindrop since I have owned it. The body is all orig body panels but the car did have a repaint in Az. in the early 80's. Paint is not show perfect but looks pretty good. The body of the car is rust free as is everything under the hood. The right front door has 1 small little bubble at the bottom (see photo) that has bee there since I have owned it and has never gotton any worse. It is a 52,000 actual mile car with working factory air, P.S. and fold down rear seat. It does have the orig. pony interior that looks fantastic! Everything on the car is in working order. 289 V-8 with auto trans. that I believe to be orig. Nice dual exhaust. Comes with car cover, lots & lots of paperwork. Tires are very good. Car runs & drives great, could drive home with no problem. I live 45 min. north of Dayton internatioal airport and can pick you up if need be. I will need a $250 nonrefunable deposit within 48 hrs. and the bal. in 7 days in cash wire transfer or certifed funds unless other arraingements have been made. On May-20-12 at 19:23:12 PDT, seller added the following information: Bottom of the car ( floorboards ) are rust free as well. Paint code is D which is called Dynasty Green Car is selling auction style, I do not have a buy it now or I would have listed it. Bid to own as my reserve is well below appraised value. I am open to offers. I am taking the car to a large show this weekend to sell if it does not meet reserve.
