Here is a 300zx for someone that wants a solid automatic shifting rear-wheel-drive sports car, plus it seats 4 people and still has a 4x4 foot rear hatch area or fold the rear seats down for a 4x6 foot space. The exhaust, tires and brakes have been replaced as a matter of course, but the car is completely original. The oil has been changed every 3,000 miles, adult driven and non smoked in. Mechanically, it starts immediately, runs cool, shifts smoothly and gets 26 mpg. It has air conditioning, cruise control, power windows and locks. The interior is nearly unblemished, no tears etc. except the top dash pad became sun-baked and split, so I trimmed it off and painted the metal dash beneath (see picture). The body sheet metal is in fine shape and has never been in any accidents. There is a single 2 inch rust-through spot at bottom corner rear wheel well (see pic). The under-chassis is rust free and dry of any leaks. The paint unfortunately is oxidized on the roof and hood and will need to be painted (see pic). The negative mechanical issues with the car are: the gas gauge is inoperative however, there is a double odometer, a low fuel light and an on-board voice warning message. The auto headlight flip ups don't work properly, but I leave them down, they shine just fine when down and manually flip up easily if you want. The climate control only blows out of the dash defrosters. That's it! Whoever wins the bid on this car will be pleased to get a fine vintage auto that can be driven anywhere right now. No reserve.
