I know very little about this 1965 442 Convertible. A man owed me a lot of money and gave me this car that had been in his shed for 20 years, gathering dust and taken up room. What I know is it has a different engine, gas tank, transmission. He said the engine is a 455 and he has the 400 that was in it down in his scrap iron pile. He put a different transmission because of the engine and I think the original is still with the engine but don't know for sure. The front seats are from a different car. The body appears to be in good shape and the floor pans are solid, the trunk floor was replaced with the gas tank. The front tires will hold air long enough to load on a trailer put go flat within a few minutes. We are located in Malta, Montana, 200 miles from Billings, Great Falls, North Dakota and 50 miles from Canada. We can hold the car for pickup for 60 days and will help load it.
