Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my 1930/31 ford model A modified project. It has good clear numbers on the frame for vin verification & registration. It was being built as a 40's style hot rod. the 216 inline six & trans came out of a good running 48 chevy (removed to street rod the car) I have heard it run & turn it by hand to keep it free once a week. the frame is fully boxed. This is a project and still needs a good amount of finish work. If your looking to build a cool little hotrod for cheap or a ratrod, this is a great start. Most parts are here to complete the car. It does not have; a drive line, a radiator, internal parts for the brakes or master cylinder, brake lines, fuel lines, electrical or a floor board. The body is made from a late 31 slant window cowl, sedan doors & rear quarter panels. I made the rear piece & top lip or edge around the body. The doors are welded closed. The body has solid sheet metal, there is no rust through. The body has as much leg room as a 33/34 ford roadster (comfort for big dudes) the body is sitting on the frame and has no floors. It has Model T style windshield posts grafted on. It does have; new open drive banjo kit, (2) freshly rebuilt 94's with dual carb manifold, split exhaust manifolds, new t tank (it's not mounted, just sitting on the back of the car), new clutch & pressure plate, new throwout bearing & clutch fork, three speed shifter with linkage, new so-cal belled shocks, F1 style shock mounts, old guide headlamps, new taillights, stewart warner gauges, 40 ford steering wheel, F1 steering box (with no slop) & all the other stuff in the pictures. the project rolls & steers great for moving it around. The merchandise in this auction is being sold as is and it is a project that still needs much work. The project will be paid for in full before it is released to its new owner. I can help with transporting up to 120 miles at a resonable rate. Good Luck.
