Bought in 1995 for plowing driveway, but Stopped using a few years ago. Now it will turn over briefly, but does not start. The brakes do not work and there is no master cylinder. No seats. Definite fixer upper. Transmission worked well when it was running. Has an 8 volt battery, with 8 volt plug in charger. A couple tires do not hold air. Uses a plastic 5 gallon can for fuel tank. No seats. Could use some TLC! Mileage is estimated.
