Hi, I have an 84' turbo 3.8 Buick Regal similar to the Grand National that needs a new home. It has less than 100k and is pretty much original except for a few minor upgrades (accell performance injectors, hi pressure Holley fuel pump and adjustable fuel pressure regulator). The car has been sitting for about 7 years in a climate controlled garage so it will need some work mostly maintenance. It then had recent tires, rear air shocks, front shocks, front springs and ball joints. It is turn key, drivable and always reliable. This Buick is one of a few that comes with what i believe is called the designer package WH1 that consists of leather and cloth seats(that are badly worn @ typical areas) an oil pressure gauge (currently not connected) two tone color scheme all which makes the vehicle all the more desirable. Car will come with both the original ttype aluminum rims, the GN wheels it has now and the emblems (they were removed for buffing). other details......... the steering wheel is cut as the pictures show from a previous theft attempt, the right valve cover leaks on the crossover pipe and smokes when hot, the carpet is dirty and needs cleaning, the ac was working when the car was last park but the belt is no longer on i think the compressor has begun sticking, the motor starts every time does not smoke tick or knock, the trans shifts well throughout range, turbo boosts well --- the car runs really strong. Mechanicall this car is pretty solid cosemetically it needs abit of help. The vehicle is not perfect and does have some rust (@ bottom end of trunk lid and some around the gutter) the cars paint shines but it is obvious that it isn't original - the price reflects the imperfections.This is a very good price for a soon to be if not already a collectors car. The extra set of wheels alone could be sold for a few hunded to help in the restoration or drive as is, its a sure head turner and a great conversation piece . Although the car is turn key because of the length of time it has been sitting I recommend this car be trailered until fluids are changed and or inspected Please respond to the ad with any questions comments for more info or pics.
