Up for auction is a perfect example of a Mercedes 300TE, the legendary W124 in nice condition. Recent District of Columbia inspection done April 4, 2012 good for two years/renewal. Mercedes has a real reputation for building some of the safest and most reliable vehicles on the road and this one is no exception. This Mercedes is truly a masterpiece in design, engineering and quality. Please take a look at this beautiful Mercedes TE300. This car was definitely garaged since it left the assembly plant. No rattles or any strange noises. The Vehicle drives like a small tank. Interior is in great shape. When you sit down, please look around. Sunroof Functions as it should. Power Windows function as they should. New Tune Up was performed recently. Brand new front and brand new rear brake pads. The only item(s) that I found which do not work are the power antenna and a/c. Pressure test done revealed no leaks. Compressor or speed sensor probally needs to be changed. Classic white color paint is in good shape. Everybody knows that the price for the gas these days is not a joke. This vehicle has inline 6 cylinder engine. This engine gives you great fuel economy and at the same time it is powerful enough to move this vehicle quickly with its 4 speed transmission. This vehicle is very good on gas considering it's size and cargo capacity. The engine starts up right away without hesitation and sounds perfect. Transmission shifts the way it should.
