1977 Ford Bronco Offered in this auction is a 1977 Ford Bronco freshly restored by Build-A-Bronco in Tekonsha, MI. We have receipts totaling over $28,000. This vehicle was going to be our daily driver, however, plans have changed and we are offering the truck at a huge savings over what has been invested. Our loss could be your gain. We purchased a body shell (see pictures) that was solid and rust free. Some metal work has been done to the body, but it looks good. Since we only have the body shell, it is difficult to know how many original miles were on the vehicle, however, as of this writing, we have only driven it 214 miles since the restoration. We brought the car to Build-A-Bronco in the fall of 2011 and restoration work was completed in late Dec 2011. While no mechanical work was done, the professionals inspected the car and declared it 100% fit. We have a complete record of work performed that will come with the car. The Bronco has an automatic transmission sandwiched between a 302 2V motor and Dana Transfer Case. The rear axle ratio is thought to be 3:50-1. While being restored we added many things to build a quality, one of a kind, Bronco. The list below details some of the major additions: Custom interior with locking console and rear seat, including 3 point seat belts. JVC iPod ready stereo, CD player, and rear speakers. Power brake booster and master cylinder. Grant Steering Wheel. All new seals throughout the truck. New windshield. Linux paint on interior floor and bed. Completely reconditioned dash with all gages, etc. in good working order. New exhaust system. Roll Bar. Antique Air Conditioning system custom installed for the vehicle. New heater box, vents, etc. Top reconditioned with headliner added. Under the hood, many details addressed. All new hoses, new alternator and voltage regulator, new plugs and plug wires, coil, distributor cap, new air cleaner, and new battery. Painted Starmist Blue and Wimbleton White, this Bronco is ready to drive and enjoy. Everything works on the truck except the stock radio. It was put in as a cosmetic improvement to fill the original mounting location on the dash. Since we are just finishing the restoration, we did not add new tires and wheels. This change is something you will definitely want to do. With the low reserve, there is plenty of room for a real nice wheel and tire set!!!! The Bronco comes with a complete set of shop manuals, body and assembly manual, original Michigan title, several other original documents, and Marti report. This auction is legally binding.
